Ecstatic Dance
An evening of ecstatic dance, joy, sound and free expression. We gather barefoot on the dance floor and move through rhythm, energy and emotion.
Upon arrival, enjoy a cup of cacao to awaken the senses and ease into the experience.
This is an invitation to step out of the mind and into the body. To explore movement, connection, playfulness and authentic expression.
No talking on the dance floor. No performance. No judgement. Dance alone, or with others, or explore a deeper level of intimacy.
Following the dance and sound healing, the whole space opens into free flow with sauna, connection and intimate possibilities.
